I've been searching for the filters for my 2020 6.7. My manual has the cabin filter listed as FP79 but I think it is now FP92. The engine air filter is listed as FA1951 but I'm striking out with that one. Has it also changed numbers? I did find the foam pre-filter which is FA1952.
Also, my manual shows my fuel filter to be FD-4631. I have a couple of the FD-4625 filters left over from my 2017 F350. I've read the 2 are identical but I'm hesitant to use them. Has anyone used the 4625 in the 20 and up trucks? Thanks.
The 2022 lists the FD-4625AAas the correct fuel filters, however the 4625 are the same, they just don’t include the little clip that you don’t need anyway in 2020+ trucks. Otherwise, the actual filters are the exact same, so either set of the 4625’s will work for you.
I picked up a dozen of the oil filters and 2 sets of fuel filters from dieselfiltersonline.com so I should be good for a while anyway. For everything I paid $260. These are real motorcraft filters and the prices are good. (Total I paid just under $13 per oil filter and $52 for each fuel filter set.)
I did try to pick up a couple of the FA-2031 air filters (which is what’s listed for my 22) but they were on back order, and when I asked them about the filters they said they have been on back order for quite some time… so this reminds me, I need to find some and pick up a few. I may even pick up another couple sets of fuel filters just to have. It seems that some places are starting to have a hard time getting filters, and oil, so picking some up here and there may not be a bad thing. A friend of mine works in a local shop and he was telling me that they have had to start raising prices on some of the oil changes and such. They have lots of backordered filters and are having to try to source certain filters locally to have some on hand, but of course this makes it a little more expensive.
