Their website must cost them tens of thousands in lost business each year..
Just call them. They won’t bite. They are actually really nice helpful people. Their primary customer base is over the road truckers and they have lots of different applications.
The third day, 600 miles, running on the Balance Masters ……… feedback is still positive. Have taken the shake out completely making the highway ride smooth and quiet. $ well spent. There are some things to get used to …… depending on acceleration they may have a lag, seconds, adjusting the balance but not objectionable in any way. I am still not pleased with the cuts in the clear coat from the removal of weights from the rims. Is there a paint on coating to repair the nicks before they become oxidized? Thanks!!

I have scratches also from the weights but they are very small. Have you looked up a wheel repair service? They can do some amazing work.
I will give that a try and see who there is locally. Tks
You could use the damaged clear coat on the wheels as an excuse to buy new wheels!!! Lol. When the tire shop damaged my wheels trying to get the rear center caps off to install my Balance Masters they replaced the two rear wheels with Alcoas. I love them so much I had to have them on the front too and I have no marks from previous wheel weights

Like the idea …… thinking the SAF is probably a -5! Given the cost of this beast another $10k will not go down well 😂 Tire shop didn’t scratch up anything ……. Darn!
Put my front balance masters on today as well, and like the OP was annoyed by the marks the factory hammer on weights left. Only 50 miles on my F450 and was somewhat frustrated initially.
I gave up on the rear caps before I damaged something. I may give those Pry Bars mentioned above a try. I did the ratchet strap and a 2x4 thing and it looked like the hook was about to crack the center cap. The OEM tool included didn't do squat and my only other ATC tool designed to pry center caps wouldn't fit.

If I can tomorrow I'll make a video showing how good the pry bars work.

Here is a link to a tool I made to pull my rear hubcaps. Just a few bucks for the hardware and a Harbor Freight slide hammer and they come right off.
Tried the 2x2 and worked like a charm! Didn’t need them off but was curious to give it a try. Down side …… need to carry a 2x2 around with you in case of a flat. Maybe Ford should include one! On second thought no, forget it …… would put the cost up by $1000 for a blue 2x2!! 😂

I like the looks of that!! I bet you could use any sized piece of wood long enough to get the leverage. Also, I don't see a big deal in keeping a piece of wood in the bed as a tool. I use an old hockey stick now for reaching and hooking items that way up at the front of the bed. I bet the hockey stick would work to pry these caps off as well come to think of it. It's roughly 1 x 1".
