Replacing the front grease seals on my '01 E250. Went to double-check the correct orientation of the seals and am finding conflicting information. I seems the open face of the seal should be facing inwards, toward the bearing. Is this correct? There is some confusion because there is a raised rubber lip on the other face (the outside face) which could indicate that side should face inward, but I don't think that is correct. There is at least one how-to video out there that shows the seal installed the other way. Can anyone confirm for sure? - Thanks
