04. 10amp fuse has no power. tried another ficm. ecm is good. verified it on other truck. what am I missing. traced wires and see nothing wrong. had 48 volts other day. guy changed starter now I don't have no injector noise. turn key on it reads 41 volts then trickles down to zero. original one did same thing. I've checked grounds and all fuses. I get code 611 on performance. I'm guessing a power issue somewhere.

 

There is a FICM relay, they can fail.

The FICM relay is a HD relay. It's been used for a number of things in the Ford and other vehicle manufacturers, other than FICM, such as cooling fans. Online dealers sell for about $18, RockAuto for ~$14. A good source such as Waytek (not auto parts stores) often have them under $7. They are worth having a spare and changing them out after 100k miles, the contacts arc.
