Dealing with dealership

Just to bring some more levity to the situation-call him yesterday (picked up first try!) and asked him to come in to get trade in worked out as I have other offers I’m considering. I’m out of town the next few days and ask him if I can come in Saturday. He says “Saturday’s are usually crazy for me” and I respond with “am I not a paying customer too?” We’re meeting first thing Saturday now.
Clearly doesn’t care about a pre order with x plan pricing. Left a voicemail for sales manager, we’ll see if I hear back.
Thing is their service department has been outstanding to work with. Had some recalls, other oddities with some error codes and they have been great getting me fixed/loaner, etc.
assuming just a bad egg in the bunch, we’ll see how sales manager handles it.
