Compatable transmissions and rear differential

Does anyone know if I can swap a transmission from a 1993 E350 xlt transit bus with a 2006 Ford F350 utility truck? And also maybe the rear differential as well?

Nope. '93 transmission won't talk to the '06 electronics, E series frames are different widths than trucks in most cases. Maybe with rework but why bother? Just get a proper replacement.
