My sincerest apologies for not following up sooner. The dealer's never figured it out. I used an OBD2 utility to reset the Battery Monitoring System (BMS) back in March and have not had a single issue since. I cannot believe the dealer never tried this over the past two years. I live in Florida and this think gets soaked regularly.

Did you reset when the lights were not flashing? That is the issue I have is I can never get it to a place where the lights are not flashing.

Thanks for the reply. I tried resetting BCM and Battery Monitor, but I think it isn't really happening since I have no control over the ignition or accessory power.

As much as I hate it I think it is time for a flat bed ride to the dealership.

Thanks, I tried that. As soon as the truck has power it starts flashing and essentially locks me out of anything ignition related.

There was a thread recently where someone was sending off their BCM for an overhaul. There wouldn't be any need for programming I assume because it is already registered to your truck. It was a few hundred bucks I think.
