I did a quick search but couldn't find any real answers.
I'm wiring my dashcam to the upfitter switches but can't find any obvious ground points in the passenger side kick panel area. The only "solution" I found in doing a search was someone who had used another one of the 4 pass-through wires to create a ground connection back under the hood. What other solutions are there, or where should I be looking for a ground point?
There is a large ground lug behind the passenger kick panel. Here is a picture of it (left of the yellow mark).
I originally was interested in a ground location on the drivers side but couldn't find any info on one, so I went passenger side.
I did notice that one with the tab, and it may have had a green mark to the left of it. Looks like I may need to take off that other trim panel to easily access it. Thanks for the help!

When removing the kick panel the sill plate will have to come out and the weatherstripping moved. If you don't move the weatherstrip the kick panel can't come off straight and can break the plastic dowl off. I made that mistake. Doesn't really matter but can be avoided.

On my 2017 KR, there was another stud I used for a ground which was much easier to access than the one shown above. It was just forward if not under the leading edge of the carpet on the right side of the passenger footwell ... close to the fuse panel.

I had my dash cam installed at Best Buy. Their installers are reluctant to mess with those factory ground points, so they drilled a small hole in the bracket (see near top of photo, with the bolt and 2 slots in it) and ran a sheet metal screw into that. A ring terminal on the ground wire completed the connection. I think they said those connections sometimes strip out. It works and the solution suited me.

Pretty sure I've seen a pic somewhere on this forum using that bolt/bracket, as is, as a ground location.
