Roof is a priority for all of our vehicles here in NE. Would not buy a vehicle without.

Love ours. No issues with it, but I always pop it up before I slide it open. I'm 6-4 and have never had a height issue in it.

The panoramic roof on my 2016 F150 failed under warranty. That did not stop me from ordering it on my current truck. I love open air driving. For years, my second car has been a convertible. The panoramic roof is obviously nothing like a convertible, but gives just a little sense of that openness. We just got back from a road trip to Great Basin, Capitol Reef, Arches, and Canyonlands. It was open most of the time. For sightseeing, I loves having the cover retracted. It allows you to take a glance up and see tall canyon walls, towering trees and gorgeous sky. For me the up front cost and maintenance concerns are worth it.

Florida here. Its hot, never used, dirty and noisy in traffic and in my 2017 I could not get it to stop leaking if it was nose down in a storm. The dealer said it was normal here in Florida to leak because of the heavy rain storms. What BS...will never set foot into Pompano Ford again. The dealers always say everybody want them so that is how they are ordered. Meanwhile, I never see and open sunroof on the highway on any vehicle.

My panoramic is open to at least the first panel from October to April. I at least use it in vent position. To me, it's sort of like driving when I was younger and that was with the window always down. I like the way the roof moves air in the cab.
