Does anyone know what grade steel this is? Using a needle scaler and the surface peals back as if it were aluminum but behind it is rust... the rest of the frame is fine. Additionally, the needle scaler likes to spark a lot here which does not occur in any other location. I wonder if this is magnesium.
You can see where the needle scaler has been around the rest of the plate and does nothing to the surrounding surfaces. Oddly enough... it looks like "The Scream."
