Just wondering if anyone here had done this swap and if they would give me some recomendations/ information on how easy or hard it is to do.
I want to put in a 302 and a T5 tranny into 64F100 all stock.

Nobody will know unless you tell us what you are doing it in?????
Your current setup is two bellhousing mounts and a front engine mount, You need to change to side mounts on the engine and a transmission mount. Nothing difficult about the swap but it doesn't just bolt right in.
What engine & trans is in the truck now? Also.... gotta ask, why the 302? Use a Y Block and build that. Lots of options on the T5 to Y block setup. Save the cost of installing different mounts to build a nice 292. Just my $.02 but I think the 302 is kind of a downgrade.

Right now its still the original 292 in it and just tired of the rear main seal leaking and it eats up clutches for some reason.... decided to go the 302 route cuz its still a ford motor and there are many many options plus lots of parts more easy to find.
I am putting a T5 behind my Y Block... I had the 4 Speed Bellhousing modified for it. I am going with a hydraulic clutch as it will help make my power steering upgrade fit better. I don't have it back together yet...so no info on the function of that. I am rebuilding the Y now with a 3x2 intake and rams horn exhaust and a cam upgrade... 302 may have more parts that are easier to find and maybe cheaper but the Y has the vintage look and sound and the cool factor of that.... Check out John Mummert's site. Everything you need to get that 292 back in good form...... FORD Y
These folks used to have more specifically for what you are doing, but things have thinned out in that area I suppose. They still have stuff that will help you swap:
You have to fabricate side mounts for your engine, and a mount for the transmission, probably by moving a crossmember.
You'll have to figure out oil pan clearance, cooling and exhaust etc.
How easy or hard? IMO easy as engine swap go. There is plenty of room to work, it's been done before, and the parts are proven. Hard if you've never done one before, have limited tools and no shop to work in. Really hard if you don't have money. Impossible if this is your daily and you're counting on it being a weekend project.
