Power windows

I bought one of those universal power window conversion kits for manual windows a couple years ago. They have slowed down to were I have to help the drivers side up and down every time I use them. Since I already have all the wiring in place, can I just get power window regulators and install them in place of the manual regulators ?

I am sure if you replaced the whole guts of the door you could do it. I don't know much drilling and retro fitting is involved though.

I removed the power window motor asy, door locks, switches and harness from a boneyard 1991 F250 and fitted to my 1980 F250 w/ hand crank windows. The p/w asy fit in the same mounting holes as the manual asy. The only fab work was mounting the switches in my door panel.
