Would it be better to Sell a 351 Windsor whole or just part it out?

but since edelbrock, comp cams and crane cams combined. The three major companies i have bought from in the last year, parts are hit and miss.
mostly from parts discontinued to confusion between the three.

Depends, year, overall condition, bored out before, stock, modified, your location, what it is worth to you, and what it is worth to the buyer.
I would say whole, then you can get rid of it all in one shot. Parting out, you may sell half of it, then half to junk the rest if your getting rid of it.
I'm still searching for an Edelbrock 60399 head, look at what this company has to say:
Due to supply chain issues, this brand has extended delivery times and is special order/cannot be cancelled. If you have a question about delivery time, please contact us prior to purchase. Please do not order unless you can wait.
That’s a bummer for sure. I know I’d be ticked off if it was me. It’ll never cease to amaze me how quick these places will take your money but it’s worse than pulling teeth to get it back. You may have to call your credit card company/bank.
Dart 9.2 deck block - ordered November 2020. Milodon dragster 351W oil pan - same. Last week I got two emails from engine guy - Morning: Dart won't make the block until sometime next year. Afternoon: I just got an email from Fed Ex, your block is on the way to me. Translation - Dart had one sitting around for the last 6 months or so and somebody found it in the warehouse. Oil Pan - last update from Jegs is 11/30 delivery. That's like the 6th or 7th date this year.
Took 4 months for us to get a $16,000 network switch from Cisco, so it's just everything.
wwhite i hope they finally come thru for you.
i was reading one of your other threads and baddad
said he was able to run stock push rods with a 303 and 505 i think it was, i looked both cams up and mine is between the two. So i said what the heck and i tried the stock ones and they worked. Thanks baddad i have put about 400 miles on the truck and all seems to be working well.

Wow, CANNOT be cancelled.
All I will say is this......... "A Typical of not only the original owners but VERY typical of the Industrial Opportunity Partners (the investment firm that bought CC, Eddy, Etc.) business approach".... which is why I really do everything I can to avoid doing any business with investment firm owned companies.
Well, spent another hour or so trying to get an ETA.
Now, there is NO ETA.
So, what have I been doing in the mean time you ask...searching and searching for a used head. No luck.
End up finding a pair of 60399 on ebay, used, but refubished. I'll up date my other thread.
It's pretty tuff finding *NEW* parts for older vehicles these days.
Just received an Edelbrock subscription email, subject line titled "Dress Up Your Engine for Spring!', and in the body for the email it asks "Ready for Summer Towing?".
I really, really want to hit the reply button and say "Spring? Summer? what year? 2025? or later?". Already have waited two WINTERS.!!!!, still F'n waiting!!!
My used reconditioned heads off ebay arrived, slowing installing.
Current ETA for head from Edelbrock is now April 2022.
