Help!!!

I have a 1988 F150 Supercab 2wd. It has a 302 automatic and it is slipping when I turn left when its cold!!! The fluid is right on the mark and it has been flushed and new filter and fluid in it. Any help would be appreciated.......this has been an awesome truck.....and it will continue to be,I just need to know what to fix.Thanks all....Randy

Im unsure of the type.If it helps it has PRNDD1 on the column. I have always driven 79s and under,this is my first 88.It sure feels like an overdrive,it gets awesome mileage for a supercab. Hope this helps!!

Try checking the sticker on the door jam, it should give you a trans. code that you can post here and get someone to decode it for you...

PRNDD1 makes it an AOD, which is code T. The E4OD (code E) has PRND1 with an "OD Off" button on the dash (later on the shift stalk) and the C6 (code varied, but usually K) has PRND21.

Make sure the TV cable is adjusted properly. The Haynes manual tells how.
