A google search brings up quite a few different types. Here in Southern Nevada CAT thefts are rampant. It seems the Prius is a prime target because they have 2 of them. I think it will come down to your price point and ease of install vs amount of security.

A YouTube search recommends using heat-resistant paint and spray 'em bright yellow or orange and etch your VIN onto the cat. Crooks will not bother 'em because they'd have to remove all the paint. And if they're successful and spend the time doing that, there's the VIN which may also raise eyebrows at the recycling yards. Me? I like the idea of a well-ventilated sheet metal or expanded metal panel which would be time-consuming to remove.

Personally if I could I would try to electrically isolate the CAT and then run a huge honking wire from the battery (or better, an Arc welder in the bed) so that when they put the sawzall blade to metal it would fry their *** to the ground, but that is just me. I hate thieves, stealing from people who work hard for their stuff. I guess in a larger city the POlice may frown on that, but in rural America they may just help you drag the body from under your truck.

That might work if you're not in an area that has emissions testing.

Somebody on here built one, maybe they will sell you one? Don't remember who it was but it was pretty robust and well thought out.

According to post #103 in the thread linked below, the Talon's Garage cat-shield fits the 6.2 trucks. I installed one on my 2022 7.3L.
