Both rusty examples above, in my eyes, are essentially patterns to recreate a COE cab out of a conventional cab.
My truck came out of Houston and has far more rust than I typically accept, but is nowhere near the level of deterioration these pics show; not to mention, if the pics show, ITS BAD.
I have a lot of re-fabrication and/or FG steps in my future too...
There is a dude on one of the FB COE groups who is restoring a '56 C truck. He radiused and moved the lower hinge on a set of repop doors.
