If it helps I am in the same boat, I placed an order today for a F350 CCSB with the ultimate + trailer packages. I will definitely be adding my order to the tracker. I was told 12-16 weeks so your estimate and mine are pretty similar but reality may be vastly different.
Ordered August 11. My dealer told me December. They are a large dealer and I think in August they did about 30-40 Super Dutys.
7.3, SRW, Lariat Ultimate Package, Chrome Package, Adaptive Steering, Spray-In Bedliner, Mudflaps, Power Moonroof, Splash Guard plus a few more options. From what I have reading here, I will be waiting a long time if many of my ordered options are going to hold things up. I called Ford Marketing and they told me they haven't heard the Adaptive Steering is a hold up.

I spoke to "Ford marketing" several times looking for clarification and answers on how to actually get a truck built. They were unable to provide anything but empty apologies like 99.9% of "customer service" outfits these days. They are utterly worthless...
The ordering system is completely broken IMO. How can some complex trucks get done in 6-8 weeks and simple trucks take twice as long? Nobody had any explanation for that either. It is 100% luck of the draw. Expect the worst, feel fortunate if the outcome is better. Do not bother ordering if you really have a timeline to adhere too.

My truck has been “in production” for 6 days which seems like a long time to me but I ordered the spray in bed liner, tonneau cover, Ned step, wheel well liners, and mud flaps.
My guess is that’s why it is in production for so long.
The options you select and the availability of components will determine your wait.
