96 f250 7.5 c6 auto 4x4 crewcab short box
code 122 throttle position sensor
checked ground, it is good.
voltage is good at tps.
no reading on the third wire at the tps
engine has no power and runs rough and stalls.
installed new tps, still runs the same.
did a wiggle test at all the connections
could it be a bad ecm? I bought the truck brand new in March of 1996

What one are you calling the third wire? What voltage do you have with the throttle closed and at WOT? Are you getting a nice steady voltage sweep when opening the throttle? Did you replace it with a Motorcraft TPS?
