I parted out a truck, came to the conclusion that everything on top is metric, and everything below is standard. Nothing is common.
Are you talking body, interior, exterior, or drive train nuts and bolts?

I did have that thought once I posted last night about going to a junk yard... that’s something to consider.
It’s mostly engine bay top end stuff. Alternator, idle air valve, fuel regulator, ignition coil, solenoid bracket next to the coil, fuse box mount.
Also some interior stuff under the dash. turn signal, ignition switch, seat mount
Best thing to do is get some thread gauges. I have a set of round, flat ones with holes & thread pitches + a set of fold up thread gauges. (Like a pocket knife or feeler gauges)
Very inexpensive & worth every penny. Will save massive amounts of frustration & ruining fasteners.
Most everything on the truck are flange-head, captured washer bolts which make replacement difficult in your local hardware/big-box store.
Washers & lock washers will make do, but it's futsy & prone to getting lost in things or at the most inconvenient time.
Good luck & welcome to FTE.
(Edit) If you get a service manual on Disc, it will tell you in the procedures size & torque for things as well.
