Hey guys, looking for a Bilstein rear shock part number. Not even sure what model the shock is, so, looking for that as well. My truck is in my signature. All STOCK and not lifted. I added air bags to help with the sag but getting some bouncing over dips and bridges when pulling our 5er. Was hoping I could just swap out to the rear stock shocks with Bilsteins. I have less than 7000 miles on the truck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please provide part number/numbers and advise the best place to but them. Thanks.
These are two Bilstein shocks that will work for the rear of your stock SD. The 5100 part# 24-274968 and the 4600 part # 24-274944. The 5100 has a zinc finish on the shock body, the 4600 is painted yellow and has a blue boot.
I would put the part number you want into google and find which seller has the best price shipped.
I put the Bilstein 5100's on the rear of my truck after our last trip. The factory shocks weren't up to the task. Unloaded driving, and loaded with our 5th Wheel has been a big improvement in the trucks ride. Coming over the Sierras yesterday on I-80 was truly a good test and made me happy I chose the Bilsteins.

I bought a set of 4 from Shock Surplus a couple of weeks ago. I didn't check the individual prices, but the set of 4 was the best I saw and they had them in stock.
For some reason my last reply did not go through. at any rate, I was able to order a pair for the rear off of Ebay. Appreciate the comments.
I would recommend doing the front as well. After I changed all 4 on my '18 CCLB Dually, truck rides better, is more planted and the outer edge of the front tires are not feathering the way they were with the stockers.
