My drivers side door is creaking badly. I’ve tried wd40 and white lithium grease. No luck. I looked at it closely today and it looks like the entire door sill that the hinges are connected to is flexing…right in the middle (vertically) where there is a piece that goes in and out of the door as you open/close.
Anyone else experience anything like this? I’ll try to get a video of it later.

Creaking as you open/close the door or when driving down the road? I have seen some that said they had to tighten the hinge bolts and that helped with the noise. Or the electrical tape around the door strike.
It's under warranty. Something is obviously wrong. The pillar section is not supposed to flex. I know most people absolutely loath having to take a vehicle in for service, but you don't have a choice here. That flexing will lead to cracking and a tear out. It seems something is missing from the cab construction and that too is a safety issue.

Creaking while opening and closing, not while driving.
Mine was horrible. Couldn't stand it anymore. Bought both front door checks for $30 delivered and installed them this past weekend. Takes 10 minutes per door. Electric ratchet, short extension, 7mm and 10mm sockets, small pick, and plastic door trim tool are all I used. Honestly was pretty easy to do. Both doors are dead silent now.
