Brake Caliper

Can someone tell me if this is the correct part number I should use for the right rear caliper? I have an 03' F350 SCLB 5.4L 4x4 .SRW
Part #:BRCLF109 (2552) I keep seeing references to a narrow frame??? IDK what that means. My truck has the snowplow package from the factory. Any help would be appreciated.

Narrow Frame would be a reference to an incomplete vehicle, sold as a cab on a bare chassis.

The part number doesn't look correct.
