lighting issue

I have a 2002 f350 7.3 liter 4x4. My running lights and fog lights have stopped working and my dome lights wont turn off. I have replaced the dash switch, checked all the fuses, and wiring. My blinkers, brake lights, backup lights, and headlights work fine. Any ideas would be helpful

Both those things come from the VSM (vehicle security module). Its a box on fire wall with three connects going to it. It is in the center of the vehicle slightly on the drivers side. You can look up how to get to it, not to hard. Get in there and check your connectors/reseat and hope for the best...
