Low High psi, no start

E99 7.3
Switched HPOPs, no difference, new ICP, no difference, New IPR, no difference, new injector O rings, no difference.
Truck will not build over 300 psi oil pressure
Bad injector? I've seen them start with 4 bad injectors, but i guess they weren't bleeding off oil psi neither.

Pull the VC's and check for oil not coming out of an injector?

Have you confirmed the ipr wiring is good back to the 42 pin connector? The best sensors money can buy are worthless if the wires can't carry the siginal. A quick test to try if you have a spare injector, ipr, or ebpv pigtail is to make a jumper from the ipr to one of the batteries. You'll want to unplug the injector harnesses so the engine can't start up and don't leave it hooked to the battery for more than 30-60 seconds. Have your monitoring devive loaded and everything else good to go then hook up the jumper and crank the engine for maybe 10 seconds. Then disconnect the jumper. If you build pressure like that then the ipr is good but not getting a siginal from the pcm.

Yes it is. I can double check it with my IPR controller. No matter what I changed, it wouldn't build over 300 psi. Even with ICP unplugged it won't start. Going to try and get the VC removed tonight and check for oil out the spouts.

Was there any recent upgrades modifications or maintenance before the problem started? Have you checked oil level in the hpop reservoir? The hpop gasket looks 100% and the bolts torque up properly? It would take a sizable injector o-ring leak to keep from building the minimum 500#.

It sat for a year and a half waiting on a transmission. Fresh oil change and rebuilt the turbo. Both HPOPs came from running trucks producing great psi, IPR did raise it some, original built upto 240-270 psi, second one only built a little over 120, and the new one built 270-300. So I have an internal leak somewhere.

Year and a half is a lot of time for rodents to to have a go at the wiring. That said have you done any reading on deadhead testing your hpo system and/or the Cody test? Cody test is fairly simple and as sizable as your leak must be it would likely point you towards the problem area. Deadheading can be good for finding higher pressure leaks and gauging the overall health of the pump.

Both pumps are healthy, T500 and MB pumps. Never heard of the Cody test, I'll have to look that up.

It's basically an air pressure test of the oil system. I would test each head individually, so a -5 orb male x 1/4 npt adapter then however you feel like plumbing in the shop air. I would recommend a valve ov some sort on the head side of the rig. That way you can have a little control when you're ready to bleed of any pressure.

Yeah, I'm not thinking it's an injector, but ruling them out. Hate to say it, but it'll start and run with a little snort of either

Did the air test on each head. The passenger was sealed tight, but #4 on the driver was letting air go right through it.

Do you know if it was leaking out at the vc or to the fuel rail? Just curious, nice to have a culprit either way. Makes since with it being at #4 why you couldn't get any hpo too. O-ring was dumping it as soon as it got to the head.
