Help diagnosing misfire

Jon, I am clearing the codes with my scan tool, a “blue driver”. To clarify when I’m saying the code popped right back up, the check engine light has not yet come on but I perform a scan and it’s showing the p0307 as a pending trouble code.

Seems like doing all the right things. You've cleared the external components; plug, wire, injector and coil. Borrow a gauge from the parts store and do a dry/wet compression test on the cylinder. See what you get.

Just wanted to update y’all.
After all my hunting without success I brought it to the professionals.
They first replaced all the plugs and wires
Apparently there was a damaged or severed wire in the wiring harness for a coil pack and they soldered it back up. The truck runs super smooth now 👍
