That is a really bad place for that filter to take in air from btw. You are partly negating the benefit the intercooler provides. Suck in burning hot engine bay air, compress it so its even hotter, cool it a little bit, and burn that, and get crappy efficiency, and elevated IAT and EGTs.

I would somehow encase the filter and pipe it out to the outside, hell put a swamp snorkel on the truck, that would be even better, but get the air from outside the bay. One of those stupid banks power filter housings that fit the factory air box maf would even work because then you can pipe it out to the stock spot on the grille.

lets see that sheet, also i was expecting more torque, that ratio doesn't seem on point?!?!?

Starting to wonder if you might have something going on in there.

I will definitely post it after I get it picked up the tuner thinks the p1sc1 head unit may be to small for 6.8l as it made 6 psi and should have been around 8 with the new pulley that is somewhat frustrating because I specifically asked Procharger if it was going to be big enough I am however happy 100ftlbs is nothing to sneez at also I'm not sure I could make a bigger head unit fit I already had to modify the valve cover

100 ft lbs?

425 ft lb is stock your getting 5 more, basically you eliminated the drivetrain loss for torque numbers and got a few points extra.
the 351 hp is the bigger jump, but still doesnt seem to equate to the torque numbers you posted, for that HP you should be showing more torque.

Hence my statement, something might not be right in your tune, your motor, or the dyno.

you do realize a dyno measures at the wheels right?
425- 20% =340

QC on 6 PSI
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post18366762

QC Baseline before installing his turbo
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post18216949

Numbers put down at the wheels baseline
275 HP
389 TQ

He did on 6 PSI
550 HP at wheels
801 Tq at wheels

You loose some due to the belt drive turning the blower, but not 200 hp worth, and not 400 lbs of torque.

As i said, you are missing a bunch of torque, and some HP... Your numbers don't compute.
