These wheels are the 93 and earlier wheels and they have no markings of who made them other than the Ford oval stamped on the back side. Not sure who actually made them.
The 1994 and later wheel, which has no rivets, is what people generally refer to as "ALCOA" wheels and the "ALCOA " name is stamped into the back of the wheel
You can't buy theses ones new but several places actually restore them.
There are many similar style aftermarket wheels though.
Google: "aluminum modular wheel" or "Mickey Thompson Classic II or III" and you will see some. Plenty of other brands too.

are they considered more desireable than the deep alloy wheels Like, is it likely that someone would ever trade because I think these aren’t actually nice at all and I LOVE those wheels but I fear I will just have to buy a set lol

Wheel styles/ designs from the change over the years as manufacturers want a different look. I’d still be willing to bet that Ford had Alcoa produce them but wanted their stamp on the wheel and not the manufacturer’s mark.
Back in the mid 90’s I bought 15x10 Classic (I) wheels for the 35” tires on my Bronco. Back then you could buy wheels direct from Alcoa. A few years after that they were sold exclusively through Mickey Thompson. The holes in the II and III wheels are much larger than what came on the trucks back then.

Interesting about the non-riveted wheels. One of my 1995's have the rivets, the other does not. The one that does not have the rivots has the original wheels, as I am the original owner. The other I bought used and has the rivots. I suspect they are not original to the truck.

Reason: Original post was wrong.
My4Fordtrucks rivet wheels, had a machined/spun look, before he sanded and polished, where as wwhites Alcoa's, are polished, and clear coated, my Alcoa's are 15x7, a buddy has 96 Bronco Alcoa's 15x8 on his.
My 93 XL came with the rivet wheels and are 15x7. These had the red center caps and they have a factory clear coat on them.
My 95 XLT came with non riveted "Alcoas" and are 15x7. These have the black center caps and a factory clear coat on them.
The Alcoas clear finish seems a little more durable of a finish
