B2 fuel issues???

B2 fuel issues???
Bought a Bronco2 install new intank pump, fuel tank, and filter, low rpm i have a skip and low power but seems to subsided at higher rev... smell raw gas but see no leak... front frame rail pump seems to be operating. Issue is worse when cold but still persist when warm... the gas smell seems both under hood and exhaust.
plenum gasket? Or is it maybe electrical? I have wiggled wiring connections while running with no change in operation.

The folks that have answers to this kind of thing don't usually frequent the "New Member Introductions" forum. You'll probably have better luck in the "Bronco II" forum about halfway down the main page in the Bronco section.
