I got my my front end smashed from the wind and branch flew through my ftont end plastic thing..
I dont know whats it even called so I could order new one, can anyone help me whats this part is called ?
and what would good place to order new one ? id rather use oem part

That's the grille, check out Tasca Ford online. Sometimes, with an item that large, they'll have the best price but the shipping can be a killer. On large items, I've used Tasca's price to get a local dealer to match it and avoid the shipping. OR, check your local craigslist, Amazon, Ebay, they'll all have options. Keep in mind the different trim levels all have a different grille. They're interchangeable as far as fit, but will look different.

Ouch! I replaced the grille on our 2019 F-350 Lariat after colliding with a deer in Maine. The price including shipping was ~$500, but did not include the Ford oval emblem, the front camera, or the camera washer, all of which I transplanted over from the old grille.
Which ever route you go, OEM or Aftermarket, I can tell you it is super easy to R&R the front grill. At first it looks a little daunting. During design, mock up and installing a thermal camera mount, I bet I popped off the grill ten or eleven times. Just watch the YouTube Videos out there to get familiar with the process. You will only need simple hand tools.
Yes thats the only damage.. Dont really need extra light..
