Fuel Sending issue
Hello all.
Thank you all for what you do, It has been very helpful over the years.
Now to brass tax..... I have a 2008 F150 Lariat with 167,000 miles, 2nd owner. The instrument cluster kept shorting out so I replaced it with no issues. Then the fuel sending unit quit working and and so did the ABS sensor in the rear end quit at the same time. Found the wires broke on the sensor, replaced fuel sending unit/ fuel pump at the same time. However the ABS sensor light still comes on on the cluster and the fuel gauge doesn't read anything but low fuel level. Is there wiring that connects the 2? Does anyone know where I can find a schematic to hunt these wires down and see if I can ohm them or if they are rotten or shot? Any help is much appreciated.....
