Adjusting headlights on 2016 E450

Adjusting headlights on 2016 E450
Hello,
I cant find any tutorials on how to adjust the headlights UP and DOWN on my E450. I called the dealership and service said "We don't know" . . . parts dept said "there is an adjustment screw you can access with a screwdriver". I can't find any such thing!
From the very top looking down there are holes above each headlight, but I don't have any screwdriver nearly long enough if that's the place.
I can't see any way to access these headlights from behind without taking off the whole assemblies.
Can some PLEASE post a screenshot or some diagram or something very definitive to show me how to do this? I've never run into this bizarre thing before.
