Multiple injector high codes after changing injectors
So I just changed all my injectors with ffd 155/30s I triple checked everything if not more and I got it all back together last night ran into 2 problems ficms middle connector clip was broke so I did the zip tie trick to keep it connected and I had 0 fuel pressure on my gauge I just installed on the top fuel filter I had fuel in the bowl. It started and had a lope and no check engine I let it run for about 20 sec then I decided to shut it off because of no fuel pressure on the gauge. I ended up taking off my blue spring I just put on thinking maybe the spring was bent or something dunno just first place I decided to check. Fuel pump is working fine. Changed it back to stock spring because the blue spring was bent a little. Still no fuel pressure. And long crank times with slow building icp. Brand new updated stand pipes and dummy plugs. I’m thinking it’s either my ficm or my ficm connector. I was pretty sure it was connected all the way. Oh and now it won’t start again just cranks and builds icp but no start. Just was wondering if anyone had thoughts about this.

What kind of gauge is it? A manual gauge? If so, I would not discount it (and low fuel pressure can damage your expensive injectors).
You might want to remove the secondary fuel filter cap, remove all the standing fuel, and see how quickly you can fill that filter bowl with the key on (it should fill very quickly). Have someone ready to turn the key off quickly!
If it fills quickly (in seconds), then I would start researching the regulator spring installation procedures.
I have a Bostech fuel pressure gauge from xdp. Currently has just under a full tank of fuel and I will try that tonight. My truck only has 92k miles btw and the only thing I think that it could be on my fuel system is the regulator housing itself it is a $30 one from Amazon and the threads just weren’t too great when I got it. Would have reused the oem one but it got messed up apon removal of the fitting for the fuel line.
Just ordered new ficm with atlas 80 and got a new fuel pressure regulator housing with a new blue spring now I’m thinking I’m going to have to do a regulated return and turbo and probably an airdog to support. Thoughts?
The engine fuel filter has a spring loaded shutoff valve. If the filter is twisted or crushed a little bit, the valve will shut fuel off to the heads. To install the filter properly you must attach filter to the cap and install. I would remove the filter and shut off valve (2 screws), put the cap back on and see if you have fuel pressure. I run an AD2 fuel pump and removed the engine fuel filter 10 years ago. It won’t hurt for this test.
Okay thank you and yeah I did my filter by putting it in the housing not putting on the cap because I was waiting on my cap in the mail thank you I completely spaced that I will do that I’m sure that’s my problem. Woulda taken me forever to realize

What did you do about the connector? You should get a pigtail (complete) and take care of that problem IMO (stick with oem quality from ALLIANT). You can buy the pigtail from several locations and splice one wire at a time.
The RR is a good idea and I run one and have for several years. Some people say it is a waste of money, but hey I have one anyway.
Your stock fuel pump will supply enough fuel pressure for your setup unless you plan to run some crazy full fuel tune, and even then I bet it will keep you where you need to be unless your pump is weak.. If you go ADII know going into it that the provided harness is dog$h*t and you'll have to redo with heavier gauge wiring.
I’m confused with the different options are there the 3 connectors I’m buying from the link you provided but it’s my middle connector that is broke how do I go about finding out which one I should chose? I was going to just run it how I have it now because I’ve had no problems until running my battery’s low.
Sorry I wasn't specific. There are three connectors, you'll have to figure out which one you need judging by the photo. I replaced the larger of the three when I did mine a few years ago.
I am sure you'll ne fine securing it with a zip tie, but if it comes loose you'll certainly have issues.
