Bought new headrests from FairwayFord. This is for the Onyx leather interior on my Lariat.

Total was under $250 and both my wife and I are much happier. Putting on the covers is a pain but worth it.

My lariat headrest is vinyl, 2021. Most likely they are not real leather on any Lariat models, just the seating surfaces.

i wouldn’t call it real leather but it’s definitely different/better than my 19

Yes they are adjustable both up and down and tilting forward / back. That was cut and pasted directly from my order from Fairway as they had the most reasonable shipping costs and overall price. Install took about 30 minutes of which 25 was trying to do the first cover.
