A landowner that I hunt on has some old fords in is pastor that some of the local kids use as a boneyard. This one kid came well I was there and he wasn’t(I am trying to put it lightly and not mean) not firing on all 4 cylinders and there is a man bull so I went in to help him and watch the bull. We got to the truck we needed and then released we had no tools so we go digging in all the trucks. I came up to this truck that I thought it was a 65’ F100 with a 300cc straight 6 motor. I have wanted one and it was a 4 speed which I really wanted. But then I looked at the other stick, in my mind I thought “Get another plow truck(we live in NY so many old trucks are plow trucks)”. But I looked it was was for a transfer case. It turns out it is a 61’ F100 unibody with a 300 straight 6,4 speed, and 4x4. This even possible to get? I want the truck bad but the guy will not sell it.

Reason: Poor spelling
Trying to make sense of that gibberish has given me a migraine. Take it from the top one more time, but slowly, and with meaning. I really want to hear 👂 more about this “man bull”.
That's not a 300 straight 6 since the intake and exhaust manifolds are on the wrong side and 1965 was the first year they offered the 300. That's likely a 223 6-cylinder. That truck is missing both outer and one inner fender, core support, rock guard, valance, grille, radiator, latch and latch supports. etc. Would be quite a bit to track down all those parts but certainly doable.
I had a 62 unibody short bed I was working on making into a 4x4. Dana 60 in the rear, I think a Dana 44 in the front that I pulled out of a power wagon cause it was a leaf spring front axle with the right gear ratio and lug pattern. was shopping for a transfer case when it got set on fire...
