Transmission drive control

I posted this in the transmission section but figured I might see if anyone that frequents this area more has a say on the matter.

It's absolutely not imperative that you use tow/haul when towing or hauling.
Best bet is to just try it both ways and see which suits you best.

Agreed, but nothing wrong with second opinions. Plus new conversation topics are good for all to follow and maybe learn a little.

I tow a 9200lb travel trailer with my '17 F-250 gasser. I've towed with the tow/haul and without it and haven't seen any variance in transmission temps.
