Ford mailed me an extended coverage notice on door lock actuators 10 yrs 150000 miles. sounds like if water, freeze, corrosion causes failure they will repair. It seems to me this is as a result of damage caused by the leaking door handle repair they did by caulking the door handles recall/ repair notice.

Wife got one for her 2018 F150 but I haven't seen anything yet for my 2019 F250.

 

I just got my letter. My 2019 is about 7000 miles from being out of warranty.

 

Came in the mail Thursday- I have a 2017

 

Mine came today too. Nice of them to extend the warranty period on it.

 

Received my letter today, 2019 F250.
Letter also stated between now and 12-31-21 Ford will honor recall regardless of mileage.
