Took delivery of my '22 Lariat 6.7 today
I decided to name him Joseph "Blue" Pulaski in honor of the character "Blue" from the movie Old School. The antimatter blue is amazing and changes color hughes depending on the light. He is a Lariat with black appearance package and loaded. Sticker was $81,450 and with the DAV x-plan and extra $1k rebate, I got him for $76,507. I did not order this truck and just got lucky by contacting the dealer while Blue was in transit. Obviously, it speaks volumes that my dealer was willing to honor the DAV discount as many dealers are wanting sticker or more these days. Today, the stock Michelins were removed, and BFG AT KO2 295/65/20's were added along with the Tremor running boards which replaces the black appearance boards. Tomorrow, the tremor front valance is being installed and Monday the Ford Embark (Retrax Pro MX) tonneau is being installed. It has the snow plow package which sits roughly 1" taller in the front due to the springs I believe. That, in combination with the BFG's make the front slightly higher than a Tremor as another forum member has verified. Speaking of, I considered the Tremor but respectfully didn't like the 18" wheels nor the Duratracs. Now, I will have the stance of a Tremor with the wheels and tires I prefer. I travel a lot and do some mountain/gravel roads at best so the Tremor front limited slip and other off-road specific options were not a priority for me. The 12" screen is really nice and since this is my first diesel, I have a lot of learning to do. I am considering the Husky X-Act liners to replace the Ford all weather mats, and then getting the paint protected and underneath fluid filmed as upstate NY winter is fast approaching. Any mods or advice for my first Super Duty, much less Diesel is greatly appreciated. Cheers.
Fresh off the delivery truck 2 days ago
Edit: picked up from dealer today. Tires and running boards done. I decided to do the front valance and tonneau cover myself to save 2 hours of dealer labor. Great progress so far…….

Rear door locks
Can you by chance open the rear doors if they are locked? Manual says you need to pull the lever twice, once to unlock and once to open the door. My 22 350 KR I can not. Page 84 of the owners manual very first item if anyone is wondering.

Nice looking truck btw. Love the choice of tire. Wish I could run that tire size but it already squeezes into my super low garage door opening as it is. The sat antennas clear by half an inch. My 2018 250 wouldn't fit at all with stock suspension but had camper and plow package and the larger tire package on the 18" wheels. If you are getting the electric opening retrax be aware you have to help it close for the first 48 hours it's got to wear in.

I’m running 325/60/20 on pretty much identical truck and only rub very slightly at full turn on the inside edge of front factory mud flaps, if no flaps it wouldn’t rub at all….

I suspect you will have it by thanksgiving. Maybe Halloween depending on where you live.

DEF is DEF, don't fall for the "premium-super-duper" DEF line.
Pick an oil from the approved list. Your easy choice is the 5 quart jug of Motorcraft at WM.
I don't care for Motorcraft filters, but most will use them with no problems. Substitutes are Donaldson P502503 and Baldwin B7379.
For cold weather, (and IMO all weathers) add some Alliant Power Ultraguard. Fuel add
