Injectors
I got an 86 f150 with the efi 302 and heard something about putting newer explorer injectors to replace the old ones and was wondering what year i should be looking for, the last year they used the 5.0 in explorers was in 01 so i don't know if i should buy those and go a few years older

Is something wrong with one or more injectors? I suppose the newer ones could be a better design but not sure. Do you have a good parts store like a Napa with a experienced counterman? IE: older guy! If you do replace them I hope your planning on replacing all 8, that big intake plenum makes it a chore. Plugs, wires and valve cover gaskets too.
