Metallic scraping sound

So I’ve got an 08 f150 with the 5.4…started making a metallic scraping/clanging sound …appears to be coming from the torque converter /flywheel area..not all the time mostly on accelerating and mostly when cold ….at idle almost like a knocking sound…any ideas?
