Could be anything from the fuse (F05 in the CJB) to the DTR switch on the transmission to the light bulbs to the ground or any of the connectors in between. You simply have to go through the circuit logically and see where the power is getting lost.

Please see my previous post. I have no Reverse Lights either. 2003 F150. Have checked bulbs, fuses in the cab and under the hood, disconnected the DTR and jumped pins, and still have nothing. Other folks on this site have been very helpful, but still is not fixed. Anyone else on FTE like a crack at it. Thanks
Where are the grounds for Reverse Lights located, and what color wire ?

There is no previous post in this thread. If you created a new thread after having a previous thread for the same issue, that screws things up by fragmenting conversations and should be avoided.

So I removed the rear lights and removed the bulb to check for power and ground. Ground on one terminal was good. No power when running and in reverse. We shifted through all gears never any power. So where is the next place to look downstream from the rear taillights
