I noticed Ford has some kind of rear seat entertainment accessory option. Not complete with gaming system, and not sure if it's capable of doing what you want either.

With Wifi on board most newer trucks, Tablets/Ipads with headphones is the much cheaper and easier route to go in my opinion. You can also buy some pretty cheap mounts that sit on the seats to hold them in place on Amazon.

Having made four road trips this year with a four year-old, fifteen year-old, and a sole-practicing professional with a need to be in constant contact with her office, the most critical advice I could offer you is to ensure the built-in WiFi hotspot is up and running on a paid account, not the trial account. Everyone can connect their own devices and do their own things without issue.

Also I think pretty much every streaming app lets you download episodes to the device. So if/when out of cell coverage no issues.

Not sure what the service is today, but when I did the WiFi trial in summer 2019, my kids burned through the data in about 1.5 hours of a 7 hour trip. Three people streaming movies on an iPad destroyed the allotment in the free trial. I turned it off and never looked back. Maybe today there is an unlimited data package. If so, it might be worth it for travel. If not, the data limitations may be a barrier.

You can do prepaid unlimited data for $25/mo. Or if it's something you'd actually use it's $20/month though I'm not sure if the commitment is 1yr or 2. I don't use AT&T for my phones, and they have unlimited data so this isn't terribly useful for me. But honestly that's pretty good for unlimited data with a hotspot... I don't think I could add unlimited data to the hotspot feature on my phone for that.
