Yup, I know what that says, but like I stated, when I got my PIN from the partner website, it said 60 days.
You are correct except some people who turned down after 60 because they didn't hit 90.. someone just didn't update a website. It does require 90 days now.
FWIW, I paid sticker on my 2021 F350 DRW Lariat, got a military discount but that was it. It really is a sellers market. There are no SD's available here in coastal N.C, and when they are on a dealers website they sell before they get to the dealer. I was very lucky, mine was "sold twice" before I had a chance to return it from an overnight test drive/wife approval. The other salespersons were not happy when I told my salesperson that I would take it, people on their way to buy it were phoned and possibly annoyed. Have you looked at the used prices for the same types? They are stupid. I sold a broken, but fixable, needs a Turbo Rotator valve for the two stage turbo, 2016 Titan XD for $9000 less than I paid for it. I agree with the multiple comments on " it will get worse before it gets better".
I can still order at invoice for the Ford dealer here in town,
I haven’t spoken to my preferred dealer, but I’m sure it will be invoice and holdback split.

On the lot? MSRP would be the number.
Where are you located?
Do you find that ordering get you a better deal than what is on the lot?
Yeah, that's what I was told, but when i went on the Ford partner Plan website and got my X-Plan PIN yesterday, it clearly stated it was 60 days.
So, they either changed it again, or???
The updated plan rules state 90 days. In the past it was 60 days. Perhaps the web site you saw 60 days wasn’t updated yet.
i DONT KNOW WHY ANY DEALER WOULD BE SELLING FOR INVOICE IN THIS MARKET. iTS SIMPLE SUPPLY VS DEMAND. I AM BUYING MY SECOND TRUCK OF THIS YEAR AND I PRACTICALY HAD TO BEG FOR X PLAN PRICING ON AN ORDER I PLACED A MONTH AGO. AND REALISTICALLY ANY ORDERS FROM HERE ON OUT I DOUBT YOU WILL GET THE TRUCK TILL 2022 AT EARLIEST UNLESS U ARE EXTREMELLY LUCKY. I DOUBT I WILL SEE THE TRUCK I ORDERED IN 2021 WHICH I NEED FOR PLOWING THIS WINTER. I AM SO WORRIED NOW I WENT BY THE GMC DEALER IN TOWN HE STILL HAS 21 3500 HD THAT I CAN GET $3000 OFF WITH FLEET DISCOUNT. I CANT AFFORD TO SIT BACK AND HOPE MY FORD GETS BUILT AND DELIVERED BY DECEMBER LATEST.

Ordering ALWAYS gives the better price.
For a lot vehicle, a dealer can sell it today, and maybe make a couple buyers compete. A walk in order is just like pennies from heaven.
I just texted my dealer to take their temperature on a deal where I give them my truck in the fall, and order a 22’ for spring arrival. Order to be placed right now..
It’ll be the same exact order as my 20’.

So, I went to my Ford dealer a month ago to trade in my GMC plow truck..
He told me George, I’ll knock your socks off with a trade quote, but I honestly don’t think I’ll have a truck delivered to you by winter.
So, I’m keeping it.
With Ford prioritizing Retail orders I think it puts a little power back on the buyer. The dealerships can't get their stock orders built, but a new Retail order will move through and generate cash for them. With the COVP program it doesn't hit their allocation either.
Shop around and be up front with your expectations. Find a dealer that gets it and lock in the pricing when the order is placed. Any Retail order they get is a win for them, even at invoice pricing.
