Drive Belt Idler Pulley Adjustment Bolt Kit

I have an '89 with the 3.0

anyone know what model I need for this? I see dorman makes a kit, but I can't find the right part number to match?

it rusted pretty solid - and I know if I go too with it it will snap... so I might as well just replace it - it's the original unit and 32 years old.

How about cracks in my bumpers? can I get replacements? or should I just try to plastic weld them?

Thanks all

Do you have a picture of this? Is this a unique bolt like a shoulder bolt? Or is it something you can cobble together from parts at the hardware store? When I did the intake manifold on my Explorer, some of the intake bolts were rusted quite a bit. Ford no longer made them and there's no aftermarket support so I had to get some all-thread and nuts and make a reasonable facsimile. Such is life with old cars/trucks that have been out of production for a long time.
