The engine solenoid fuse you are talking about is known as the throttle solenoid. That circuit is to raise the rpms when needed for the A/C. My truck does not have A/C, and that fuse is burned out, so I didnt replace it.
If you have A/C, thats what it is for. but if you dont then do not worry about it.
