You will need the trailer camera kit lc3z1a189a. The CHSML option gives you the camera button and aux camera input. The trailer camera gets plugged in where the 7/4 pin is currently. The camera and tpms kit include a 7/12 pin replacement plug that gets swapped out. However Ford will not let you order the camera with the truck if you do not order UTT so you would need to order it from the parts department.
