I had a no start 2004 F350 6.0. I replaced the HPOP ICP and IPR wiring. It took forever to get it started but the. I got it and I ran it for 10 minutes or so. Then shut off and left to charge put the air filter on and that is it. I know can’t get it started at all. The ICP is reading 50 and only gets up to 104. I unplugged the ICP and still nothing I’m getting 48V on the FICM. I do not know what else to do. I need the truck by tomorrow and I am loosing it. If someone DM and is willing to work with me over the phone or something I need to get it running. Please Help!
How long have you been cranking the engine? There may still be air in the system or you have a leak somewhere. Does you truck have the later style cast iron pump with ICP on the passenger side oil rail?

unfortunately I have the early version so the ICP is on the HPOP housing. Just found out I'm not getting any oil too the oil filter housing. Going to check the relief valve for a roller bearin.
I have figured it out and solved the main problem. Found out that the pickup in the oil pan was not attached anymore. The way I tested this was jack the back of the truck up two feet in the air to force the oil to cover the hole where the pick-up hooks up. Once I did this there was oil filling the oil filter housing. It then started right up no problem. No leaks in the HPO system. I hope this helps someone.
