I had search this topic a lot with very little results. I took a leap a faith after seeing my friends truck who lifted his 21 with a 2.5 Carli Pin Top. After taking measurements I concluded this could work and here are my results. My goal with this thread is for others to chime in who have done it, or for those on the fence to get some info.
My truck is a stock 21 XL. It doesn't have any extra packages like the snow plow, camper etc. I do get some small rubbing at full lock which you can see in the video, but I think some aftermarket wheels should fix this. Anyone else doing this, what wheels are you running that aren't stock?
It looks like there is a ton of room for tires on these rigs.
Specs:
2021 F250 XL STX 6.7L, mods are Lariat font fog bumper, Tremor valence, AMP Research Steps, Tint. 37x12.5r18 Toyo ATIII
2019 but same principle and gear. I replaced the sway bar and radius arms. Expensive way to eliminate rub; would be free to just ignore the rub/ learn the limit or cheaper to do spacers. Regardless here was my original thread on it: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...rs-no-rub.html

Thanks! I just went through your whole thread. Lot of great info and work, especially on the sway bar.
I'm running a BDS Radius Arm Lift - approx 2.5" - and 37x12.50/R20 on Fuel Covert wheels - tiny rubbing in R front wheel well only on tight right turns when the driveway is higher than the street. I could trim but it rarely happens and it's minor at worst.

Some more info and pictures for anyone else who might be looking into this. 2019 F250 37x11.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on stock rims. Little rub on sway bar and arms, only lost 1/4 of a turn at full lock.
The helwig f-350 sway bar will take care of the turn radius rub.
Can you explain how changing the anti-sway bar will prevent tire rub on the radius arms? Before I invest in any expensive upgrades like Carli radius arms and Hellwig anti-sway bars, I'm trying these 6mm wheel spacers. I am running 37"x12.5"x20 tires with OEM wheels, snow plow/camper pkg and 11,400lb GVWR.
It wasn't easy for me to put these on due to some health issues, but normal folk shouldn't have any trouble. Turning full lock right still has a very slight rub at just the last few degrees of travel. I'm satisfied for now.
The helwig bar only changes the run onto the sway bar. Stock sway bar is square helwig has an angle
if you have radius arm rub your rims don’t have the correct off set and the only option is a spacer …which would have the negative side effect of converting you hub centric wheel mounting to lug centric.

So far so good with no extra shake or shimmy. I have a set of Bilstein 5100's and some brake upgrades to add when I'm up to it.
