My cargo /3rd brake light camera is not working. When I touch the icon on the screen it’s just Blue and says “ check surroundings” all other cameras work at this point. I have a 19 lariat dually 6.7. Is it possible if just didn’t come with that feature but the icon still shows up? Taking it In to dealer Thursday and now they are saying I might have to leave it couple days. I’m not really happy about that. Thanks.
If the camera is there in the light then you have the feature and it should work. Have you checked the wiring harness in the light to make sure it didn't work itself loose or perhaps water got in?
Yeah, really simple to see if it has the camera, little round deal in the middle of the CHMSL.
But, does the truck have the 360 surround camera setup and the trailer backup ****?
If so, the CHMSL camera is part of the package.

yep! All those cameras work just fine. Hopefully they can just replace something real quick and not have to keep it to long. Thanks.
Are you sure that blue screen isn’t the trailer camera…the one on the trailer? Mine does the same thing, but its because the trailer cam is not hooked up.
Maybe try to toggle around a bit and explore the settings. Might either have a connection that came loose on the bed camera, or maybe its just user error and you are looking at the wrong cam/screen?!

It’s the button that has the arrow pointing down at the bed of the truck. All the other ones work. I sure hope it’s user error and I’m out of there in 10 minutes. Lol
If you don’t have a trailer cam set up then u should have 2 blue screens. Right? If its just one blue screen, I would bet that is the trailer one and the bed cam is another button, or sequence.
Keep us posted.

I have a blue screen on the one that points down into the bed AND the auxiliary one. The Aux I can understand because nothing is hooked up. I bet the bed camera is part of the trailer system. Shoot. Lol. I wonder how hard it would be for them to set it up?
Well damn. I bet it is just a loose connection. Has it ever worked?

not to sound stupid , but I found it by accident 2 years after buying the truck brand new. Just never looked for it. So I assume it’s been this way since new. Lol
