I know this wasn't directed to me but, 80109 is what you need. The ones before it are for 4wd. 2 wd wiill not accept the keepers around the 4wd ones pictured.
Yes that one is fine.
I also suggest you call the alignment shop first as the first two I contacted said they did not want to fool with anything like that. Basically they're too lazy to read the directions. I finally went to an off-road shop to get it done.

Should I be concerned about this review? I cant find specs most of the options. Seems I need to find some that have 4* of camber adjustment? The installation instructions say there is only 2* neg camber adjustment on these. Sorry for asking so many questions. I really just do not want to do this twice and I'm completely new to these trucks.

2 WD trucks will only accept a max of 2*...4 WD will take a max of 4* Reason being the difference in the knuckle on the passenger side of the two configurations. I had a 2" lift in front and I could not get mine to an exact fit because the knuckle will not allow it. I removed the 2" spacers and got the new springs and Bilstein shocks and I was able to get it much closer to specs but I am still off just a little that it doesn't bother me or my ride at all. I wouldn't worry about the review ( I saw it earlier) because of what you now know. Any other questions are no problem (I'm retired) I will try to gladly help you. Sandy
EDIT... I bought 3* or 4* bushings and adjusted to the max and that route was much easier and cheaper than the adjustable bushings. I even shaved a little off the passenger knuckle for a little more adjustment. I did not comprise safety doing this 1/2* shaving.
I actually never had to buy them. NTB did all my trucks since my friend is a manager of one and had them on hand. Maybe it would be a good idea see if your preferred shop already has them.
In that picture you're correct that is for four-wheel drive. The number he and I were talking about is different than that number and it is for two wheel for sure. The number we mentioned is different than that and it is for two wheel. Basically the two wheel camber bushing is smooth around the round part and the four-wheel has those I call them keepers.
Thanks for the info! I will just order both and get it over with. I have been on vmf under the same user name for about 10 years. Good to see there are some VMF’rs in here! I had a 67 coupe and an 85 bronco in high school. I sold the 67 after about 10 years of ownership and regretted it almost immediately. Here a pic of it.
I thought I recognized that name, mine is tx65coupe on there. That was a nice 67 but I kinda like the 66 better. I would regret selling one too. I've had mine for 28 years before even having a license. Can't sell this one.

Springs, shocks and caster/camber bushings are installed. Tires will happen this week. An alignment soon after if I can find someone who I trust. Walked into our local desert rat and they seemed like kids sitting at a counter because they were. Alignment guys wasn’t there though. Also found it needs brakes really bad. I installed the drivers side bushing at ND and the passenger side at LV. Here’s what it looks like and the chart that came with the bushings.
I agree. Hopefully it will be able to be aligned. Thank you for all the advice. I will update once I know and put pics up once I have the 31’s on it. Can’t stand the wheels either so I may look to replace those too. I have 2 of the stock wheels and if I had all 4 I would prefer them. I’ll look around the forum for options. Thinking black, stock style but 8-9” wide.
I am pretty sure the directions on mine said to set them to zero after installing and drive like that until you go to the shop. Then the alignment shop will work from a known reference. .
I would set:
The Drivers Side to M/G for +2.5 Degrees Caster and 0.0 Degrees Camber
The Passenger Side to M/S for +2.5 Degrees Caster and 0.0 Degrees Camber
