Just get the right lugs you'll be on the road ASAP, they're cheap, they don't need to be pressed in, hopefully they will not seat all the way in which would mean they will be properly tight and the idiotic wrong lugs (that guy needs a talkin to at least!) didn't broach out the holes. They should stick out far enough to thread a lug nut on, I flip the lug nut so the flat side bears the load and just tighten the nut and it will pull the lug into place. That's it, unless they are real loose I can't imagine needing to tack or god forbid really weld them, imagine the suck if you happen to break one off for whatever reason and you had to get it out…
